300 g Macaroni
250 g ham, cooked
150 g hard cheese, grated
400 g fresh cream
salt and pepper
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until just al dente because it will become even softer in the oven. Drain and pour into a larger bowl.
Cut the ham into strips, mix into the pasta along with the cheese and crème fraîche, season with salt and pepper. Pour the mixture into the greased RoadBaker baking pan.
