800 g potatoes
150 ml milk
125 g crème fraîche/alternative whipped cream
1 garlic clove
2 tbsp cheese, grated (Parmesan/Gouda etc.)
salt and pepper
½ teaspoon nutmeg, grated
Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices. Place in a bowl. Mix together the milk, crème fraîche, thinly sliced garlic and grated cheese, season with salt, pepper and grated nutmeg. Pour everything over the potato slices and mix well. Pour into the greased RoadBaker baking pan.
5 minutes on high heat, then 35 minutes on medium heat.
