For the dough
300 g flour
1 pack of baking powder
150 g Quark
6 EL Kill
6 tablespoons milk
2 teaspoons salt
150 g ham cubes, lean
4 tablespoons cheese, grated
Mix flour and baking powder in a large bowl. Add the quark, oil, milk and salt and knead everything into a dough with your hands. Then knead in the ham cubes. Roll the dough into a rope (approx. 60 cm), place it in the greased RoadBaker baking pan and sprinkle with cheese.
5 minutes on the highest heat, then 30 minutes on the lowest heat.
Finally, use the highest heat for another 5 minutes so that the top of the dough is browned.
