250 g chicken wings
For the marinade

Rinse chicken wings under cold water and pat dry. For hygiene reasons, clean your hands and the worktop thoroughly afterwards. Place chicken wings in the greased RoadBaker baking pan and bake.
5 minutes on the highest heat, then 20 minutes on the lowest heat
Meanwhile, stir together ketchup, soy sauce and honey in a small bowl. After 25 minutes, take the wings out of the mold and spread a thin layer of marinade on all sides. Put it back into the tin and bake some more. Brush the wings, in the tin, with marinade every 5 minutes.
25 minutes on low heat, then 10 minutes on medium heat.
