1 onion
1 garlic clove
2 tablespoons olive oil
150 g Gorgonzola
200 ml Stage
200 ml vegetable broth
150 g fresh or frozen leaf spinach
500 g Gnocchi, from the refrigerated section
nutmeg
pepper
4 tbsp walnuts, coarsely chopped
Dice the onion finely, chop the garlic finely. Add to the RoadBaker baking pan with the olive oil and sauté for 5 minutes over medium heat.
In the meantime, cut the Gorgonzola into pieces. Deglaze the onions with the cream and vegetable broth and add the Gorgonzola pieces. Let simmer for another 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, pluck the fresh spinach leaves from the stems. Squeeze out the thawed spinach. Now add the spinach and the gnocchi to the sauce for another 5 minutes.
Season with nutmeg and pepper. Before serving, sprinkle the dish with the chopped walnuts.
