After baking, let the lid cool for a few minutes. Do not immerse in cold water or pour cold water over it when hot.

Do not use metallic or abrasive sponges/brushes or aggressive cleaning agents.

The glass begins to fog up immediately after turning on the heat. After about 2 minutes, the moisture will have completely evaporated and the pane will become clear again. This means you can easily keep an eye on the baked goods.
