100 g flour
4 Owner
80 g sugar
1 pinch of salt
250 ml milk
250 g sour cherries, pitted, from the jar
powdered sugar
Mix flour, eggs, sugar, and salt. Initially add a little milk and stir again until the dough becomes smooth. Gradually add the remaining milk. Then fold in the well-drained cherries. Pour the dough into the greased RoadBaker baking pan.
5 min. on maximum heat, then 45 min. on minimum heat.
Let cool in the pan after baking. Then turn the cake out onto a plate. Serve with powdered sugar.
Tip: The dough is very liquid, and that is how it should be. During baking, the dough rises significantly, then collapses again after the baking time.
